During the Second World War, Kyle looked at Captain America standing straight and proud before him. Suddenly, a series of skill cards appeared.
「Pistol Master」
「Martial Arts Master」
「Shield Defense Master」
「Super Soldier Serum」
Which skill card do you wish to extract?
“Wait… what? This golden finger… you must be pulling my leg! Not only skill cards but I can also extract super-powered skills like the Super Soldier Serum? Mother of God… what is this?!”

The MC has the ability to extract other people's talents for his own use, though there are some limitations. As a result, he keeps getting stronger and stronger.
Honestly, it’s well-written and enjoyable to read, unless you can’t stand seeing the original Marvel world as you know it being altered. 😄
- "Kyle said, placing two fingers in the middle of the sword, forming a sword shape to counter the menacing shells."
- "As soon as he spoke, Kyle and the two others broke free from the gravity and floated out, flying off the rooftop into the sky." (From the context, which is minimal in this arc, I assume the "two others" are his enemies.)
- "Her beautiful, cold face, illuminated by the flames, is both captivating and domineering. Even women would be swayed by it. However, she can only maintain this cold demeanor for less than a second, and Lorna finds it difficult to keep up the act." (I have no idea who Lorna is in this story or where she came from. And "she can only maintain this cold demeanor for less than a second" likely refers to her ability mentioned a few sentences earlier.)
These examples were quickly found in one chapter (Chapter 77). This isn't the only chapter with poor translation, but the issue became so frequent that it became unbearable. The translation was better up to Chapter 57 or so.
This novel is pretty average; it has some plot holes that might leave readers scratching their heads, asking, "Why is that?" or "That’s not how it’s supposed to be" or "That’s so random." But hey, it’s a fanfic.
It’s decent for filling the gaps between updates of your favorite novel, I guess. No need to think too hard while reading this (I certainly don’t); just take it casually.
Plotholes everywhere to the point it made this novel look like a beehive!
I'm not the most thorough or acute reader, so I usually miss plotholes when I read a novel. However, when it comes to fanfiction of original works that I love, such as Marvel, the plotholes become glaringly obvious.
The most noticeable plothole that kept disturbing my mood throughout the novel is the inconsistency in the main character's (MC) knowledge of the Marvel universe.
In the very first chapter, it's established that the MC is a hardcore fan of Marvel, especially the Avengers series, to the point where he knows the plot of the Avengers films up to "Avengers: Infinity War," which he watched right before he was transmigrated.
However, the MC often acts as if he doesn't know anything about the plot, even though he always recognizes famous characters.
For example, he should have been able to prevent the death of significant characters, like Black Panther's father. If he's supposed to be a hardcore Marvel fan, he should know that the death of Black Panther's father sparks the Civil War among the Avengers. Instead, he acts like an ignorant bystander. It's as if the author was too lazy to alter the major plot points and just let them unfold as they do in the canon.
This kind of inconsistency is found throughout the entire series, and later, the author makes weak excuses, such as the transmigration causing the MC's memory to go haywire or something similar.
Come on! This is fanfiction! You should be creative and make changes that differ from the canon!
If you're just copying and pasting from the canon, what's the point of reading this novel? It's no different from watching the original movies but with the addition of a new character with cheats.

Well, first of all, I don’t really want to add a review here. I enjoy the story and am deeply immersed in it. Although I’m only at chapter 57, the personalities of the side characters seem different from the original ones. It’s a good story, but it feels like the author isn’t acting like a fan anymore and is using their knowledge for personal gain, which has benefited them. I have high expectations for this novel because it’s really interesting to me.
However, looking at the comments, it seems like the original Marvel characters have been replaced by the main character and have become totally useless. I had high hopes for this, and now my heart is breaking.

I'm not sure about the card sacrifice option. When he sacrifices those cards, doesn't that mean he can no longer use those skills? Somehow, he still retains the abilities of those cards even after sacrificing them for new ones.
Also, is it possible for him to regain all those skills by absorbing them from the same people again? I have no idea...
